1. Introduction

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

This platform is intended for Emkay Plastics Ltd clients only. Waste returns must be:

  • Rohacell foam or packaging originally supplied by Emkay Plastics Ltd
  • Unused and free from resin or contamination
  • Properly labelled and shipped at the client's cost

3. Use of the Service

You may use this platform to:

  • Submit information for waste return
  • Generate legally required waste transfer documentation

Emkay reserves the right to refuse waste that does not meet return criteria.

4. Confidentiality

All client submissions, shipment data, and related information will be treated as strictly confidential. Emkay Plastics Ltd will not disclose, share, or publicize participation without prior written permission.

5. Data Ownership

Clients retain full ownership of any submitted data. Emkay acts solely as a data processor and custodian for legal, regulatory, and operational purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design elements on this site remain the intellectual property of Emkay Plastics Ltd and may not be reused without permission.

7. Service Limitations

Returned waste may be either:

  • Repurposed (e.g., for educational or hobbyist use), or
  • Incinerated for energy recovery in licensed facilities

Emkay makes no guarantee of recycling or reuse outcomes and processes all waste in accordance with applicable environmental legislation.

8. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as-is." Emkay shall not be liable for any loss arising from the use of the platform, including data entry errors, shipment mishandling, or loss of access.

9. No Public Disclosure

Participation in this scheme will not be referenced in Emkay's marketing, PR, or reporting without explicit written consent from the client.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to the latest version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
